Dear
Aaron,
Welcome to the thirteenth issue of the Truckers4RonPaul.org newsletter.
Great stuff in this issue.
I made sure not to send out this thirteenth issue on a Friday, too. ;)
The biggest issue for the campaign
and its supporters right now is getting delegates to the primaries so that we can push Ron Paul's nomination for the Republican
Party's choice for President!
This means we have to work hard to get him through the caucuses in all fifty states.
Iowa is finished and we had a great showing there, but we need to do even better in
the up-coming states!
If you aren't a delegate or have friends or family who are also eligible to be delegates,
GET INVOLVED NOW before it's too late! The deadlines in many states are already passed or are coming up quickly!
Go to Ron Paul's website for more information: www.RonPaul2008.com
So tell your friends about Ron Paul and keep on truckin'!
Sincerely,
Aaron Turpen www.Truckers4RonPaul.org

bottom of this email there are unsubscribe, forward, and subscribe links for your convenience.

Be The Message - Ron Paul T-shirt Day
The guys who organized the first Ron Paul Money Bomb (November the 5th) and who've had a hand in several since are
proposing every Friday be "Be The Message" day in which all Ron Paul supporters wear their Ron Paul t-shirts.
It's great to wear a Ron Paul T-shirt to help spread the word.
What would happen if tens or even hundreds of thousands of Ron Paul supporters wore their shirts on the same day?Once a week, every friday, we'll join together and wear our shirts, hats and buttons
on the same day. Fight the polls, show our strength and spread the word more effectively
than ever before by acting together and becoming the message. Great idea, guys! I say we all do it!
I've personally been working towards having a shirt for every day of the week, but once a week is a good start! :) --Aaron and November 5th Make sure to check out their latest money bomb: http://www.freeatlast2008.com/ |

Great Stuff You Can Do To Help the Campaign
Many
of our site's visitors have seen the Rollin' With Ron's Revolution page on our site. It's full of great suggestions
from site visitors about how you can help the Ron Paul campaign - from a trucker's perspective. :)
Stuff
like this one from Bonnie: For all you other Truckers who are having trouble paying
the bills right now, for less that $10.00 you can buy light colored contact paper and glass chalk.(paint)-can be found in
automotive/ sporting section. And then just stick to your trailer sides and back doors. Quick and easy and can be readily
pulled off. The bigger and brighter the letters, the bigger and brighter the message. Thank you all for caring about the future
of our World.
So check out the Rollin' With Ron's Revolution page and get great ideas!

Mexican Trucks To Be Allowed in USA
Despite
the supposed "hold," the US-DOT has announce it will happen anyway.
From: http://www.truckers4ronpaul.org/id60.html
Associated Press Jan. 4, 2008
01:14 PM
WASHINGTON
- The Bush administration is going ahead with a controversial pilot
program giving Mexican trucks greater access to U.S. highways despite a
new law by Congress against it.
The
decision to proceed with the four-month-old program, which allows
participating Mexican trucking companies to send loads throughout the
United States, comes despite language in the recently signed catchall
spending bill aimed at blocking it.
But
the Department of Transportation is taking advantage of a loophole in
the new law, which prohibits the government from spending any money to
"establish" the program. The government says the new rules don't apply
to the current program since it was started in September.
"The
U.S. Department of Transportation will not establish any new
demonstration programs with Mexico," said Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration spokeswoman Melissa Mazzella DeLaney. "The current
cross-border trucking demonstration project - established in September
- will continue to operate in a manner that puts safety first."
Congressional
opponents of the programs insist that it's clear what lawmakers were
trying to do last year when both House and Senate voted against
allowing the program to go forward.
The
provision, as signed by President Bush last month, says: "None of the
funds made available under this act may be used to establish a
cross-border motor carrier demonstration program to allow
Mexico-domiciled motor carriers to operate beyond the commercial zones
along the international border between the United States and Mexico."

Was There Cheating in New Hampshire? Questions about the validity of the NH caucus
vote count raise eyebrows.
Several emails, blog posts, and more regarding the vote count at the New Hampshire Republican caucuses have raised
questions about the vote's validity and possible outright cheating.
A post on the blog "Daily Paul" (http://www.dailypaul.com/node/23705) about the need for a recount is taking donations
and is being coordinated through the popular ChipIn website and the Granny Warriors - regularly featured at the Truckers4RonPaul.org
website and this newsletter.
The recount requires $65,000 and the Democrats have already agreed that one for their
side is needed. Ron Paul and his campaign, however, have said that they are not interested in a recount. Many
Ron Paul supporters believe this to be a mistake, since the machines used to tabulate many of the results in New Hampshire
will also be used in other states.
The evidence of fraud is there and growing, though it can be easily written
off as "crazy conspiranoid" by those who oppose a recount. Namely Mitt Romney and his Republican backers.
This video on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qV6qAGigGYY) shows a tabulation of votes, reported
by the Associated Press, that gives Ron Paul a very clear win. The breathless excitability of the narrator and sloppy
camera work, however, work against the video getting mainstream interest.
Another list of hand-counted ballots
from several precincts that did not have the electronic voting machines also shows Paul with a 10% or higher average amongst
those precincts, giving Paul the #3 spot the polls had shown he would get. (http://www.ronpaulwarroom.com/?p=749)
These and other questions about
the goings-on during the caucuses in New Hampshire are of great concern and show that at the very least, our election system
might be in need of a serious overhaul and re-think. At worst, our elections are being stolen by someone or a group
of someones who are not necessarily the true voice of the American people.
